Resume Service Turnaround

  • The customer has to provide all the details for the resume preparation within 15 days of booking the service otherwise he/she will forfeit the service. The service will lapse and no refund will be issued.
  • The first draft of the resume will be delivered within 3-4 business days of providing all the details & discussion except in cases where it has been informed earlier.
  • Modifications/Changes would be completed within 2-3 business days of intimation of the modifications via email.
  • Linkedin Profile and Cover Letter are developed after finalization of the resume and on receiving a written confirmation that resume is finalized and no further changes are required.
  • Any changes/modifications to the resume, cover letter or Linkedin should be notified via email within 7 days of receiving the same. If we don't hear from the customer within 7 days then we will consider it as a final and close the order.
  • We provide unlimited revisions until the client is satisfied, however, the changes have to be notified within 7 days of receiving the resume via email and the changes have to be within the same profile.
  • To schedule a call with the resume expert please send an email to the resume expert a day prior for the same. We always strive to meet clients requirement however at times it is not possible if the resume expert has another call scheduled at the same time with another client hence would request to be little flexible on the same.
  • Post 90 days of booking the service any pending services will lapse, hence we always encourage the clients to avail all the services within 90 days of booking the service.
  • We always advise the customers to keep a track of 90 days since we will not be notifying the customer about the completion of 90 days.
  • We do not gurantee total time for the completion of the process since it depends on how many rounds of revisions are required how soon one reverts with the changes.
SLA/ETA Guidelines
  • We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Any inquiry/email sent on non-working day will be consisdered on the upcoming business day and its SLA would start from then.
  • 1 business day i.e. the following business day of recieving the email for a response to emails or any inquiry.
  • 3-4 business days for the delivery of the first draft from the time complete information is provided.
  • 2-3 business days for modifications/iterations to the resume.
  • 2-3 business days for Linkedin Profile & Cover Letter Development from the time we receive a confirmation on the finalization of the resume.
  • Any order placed after our office hours i.e. post 7.30 p.m. or during the weekend (Sat-Sun) or Public holidays will come under processing on the following business day and SLA/ETA will start from then. Example: Any order placed on Saturday would come for processing on the following business day i.e. Monday and ETA/SLA would start from Monday.
Resume Production & After Sales Service
  • All resumes are produced from information supplied by the client and Resume Jar will not be held liable for any misrepresentation resulting from missing, outdated, false or dishonest information being supplied.
  • Production of a Resume by Resume Jar does not guarantee an interview.
  • All resumes will be revised free of charge until you are totally satisfied. These changes continue for 3 months from your original order date.
  • The changes have to be within the same profile.
  • Acceptable free changes cover adjustments to current employment, change of personal details, the addition of new roles/qualifications within the same organization and corrections to errors. If a change is required to the Resume's target / main use, further charges apply. Examples of this include altering the Resume to apply for a role unrelated to the original Resume purchased. If you're unsure, please contact us first.
  • After purchasing a resume service, after 3 months, if you have not been invited to 1 interview, we will review your Resume free of charge against the jobs for which you are applying.
90 Days Support Policy
  • If within 90 days of purchasing the service you are NOT invited for an interview call then we will rework on the resume free of cost within the same profile.
  • New Job in a new organization is not covered within 90 Days Support, for such changes please contact us for additional charges details.
  • If a change is required to the Resume's target / main use, further charges apply. Examples of this include altering the Resume to apply for a role unrelated to the original Resume purchased.
  • Change of profile within 90 days is not supported.
  • Any pending services not availed within 90 days of the order will lapse.
Experience Calculation

The resume services are categorized based on the TOTAL years of experience, hence a customer is required to select the right experience level before booking the service.

If at the time of resume development it is found that customer has more experience than the service he has availed then he will be required to pay the difference amount to upgrade the experience category. Failing to do so will void his order without any refund. E.g. A person having 13 years of total experience books a Mid Level Resume writing service which for those with less than 10 years experience then he will be required to pay the additional amount to upgrade to Senior Level Resume writing service which is for those with less than 15 years experience.

The downgrading of the total experience is also not allowed, e.g. A person having a total experience of 13 years which falls under Senior category, wishes a resume to be prepared under Entry Level Category which is less than 5 years total experience will not be allowed.

Cancellation of the Services. 
A written notification has to be sent to sales@resumejar.com requesting for the cancellation of the service within 48 hours of booking the service.

A downgrade of the service is not allowed, however, please consult with your resume expert before submitting a request for the same.

If multiple orders are placed together at a discounted price then any "one" particular order cannot be canceled.

The refund would be processed within 10-15 business from the request is approved by the Refunds/Accounts department and would be transferred into Credit Card, Debit Card or Bank account of the client(Payee).

There would be a cancellation charge of 3% which would be deducted from the total order amount.

Resume Layouts
  • Any customer availing Textual Resume Service can choose any of the Textual Layouts available on our website here.
  • Any customer availing Graphical Resume Service can choose any of the Graphical Layouts available on our website here.
  • If a customer decides to choose any other graphical layout not present on our website then he/she will need to provide the Word document of the same design/layout.
  • We always strive to develop an attractive graphical resume which meets the client restrictions however at times it is not possible due to limitations of Microsoft Word.
  • All the Graphical Resumes are prepared in Microsoft Word to pass through the ATS.
  • A graphical layout once chosen cannot be changed at a later stage, only its contents will be modified.
Complaints

The Resume Jar is committed to ensuring that you receive the Resume and customer service that you deserve. If for any reason you are unhappy with either the Resume, the customer service you receive or any other aspect of our service please let us know. We will ensure that any problem is resolved as quickly as possible and aim to resolve any complaint within 3 business days. However if your complaint is not acted upon by the sales team in 3 business days then please email us on escalations@resumejar.com for escalation.

We shall investigate and revert in 7 business days from the time we receive your complaint.

Information Collected
The only information we collect about you is the information that you supply to us in connection with your Resume and any emails you send us. We are also fully opposed to spam and will never release, sell or redistribute your details to anyone.

Use Of Personal Information 
Your personal information will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be passed on to any third parties. Personal information will only be collected for the purposes of:

  • Processing any orders that you have made.
  • Answering any general queries you have.
  • Providing you with the best possible service.

Resume SERVICE PAYMENT AND SERVICE DELIVERY
If you are paying for a Resume service by credit/debit card, please note that your card will be debited prior to us starting work on your Resume so that we can ensure that your card is valid and that there is sufficient funds/credit in the account to pay Resume Jar.

No content on this site may be copied/distributed without the express permission of Resume Jar. In addition, this website contains links to external sites and we do not recommend/warrant any products, or services found.

DISCLAIMER

All advice offered on this site is given in good faith and is provided 'as is'. We accept no responsibility if you should suffer loss or damage as a result of taking our advice.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of India and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indian courts.

We take no responsibility for the delays due to natural calamities or due to technical glitches for non delivery of resume in the customers mailbox.

Resume Jar reserves the right to cancel the service at any point without any reason/justification and is not liable to any losses incurred by the client due to any reason.
