What is the process?
An extremely easy one! Following your order with Resume Jar we will begin work right away and guarantee to deliver it back within the agreed turnaround time. If you have no existing Resume we will call you within 24 hours to gather all the necessary information. For any order your Writer may contact you to discuss anything further and gather all necessary information. All our Resume’s are delivered back in a Microsoft Word and PDF format.
What information do I need to provide you?
If you have no existing Resume to provide us then we will call you to gather all the necessary information within 24 hours. If you already have a Resume we will ask for this at the time of ordering through uploading it in the order process. For all orders we will ask for basic personal information so that we can contact you and deliver your order back to the stated email address. We also need your address details in order to place this information on your Resume for example and to send a Copy Pack to you (if ordered).
If you require your order to be prepared within a specified deadline please contact us before placing your order.
How long will it take for Resume Jar to complete my Resume ?
Our turnaround times depend on the type of Resume. However for the majority of orders our turnaround times are 2 days for the first draft of your Resume. This will be stated when you place an order with us. Should you require a Resume or Social Media Profile any sooner we do provide an Express Service where you can receive a first draft back within 24 hours.
Who will my Representative be and what relevant experience do they have?
We have a number of Resume Writers who all have extensive experience in Resume writing, are qualified to degree level or equivalent and have relevant experience in writing Resume's in your industry. Who the dedicated Resume Writer will be will depend on your background and requirements. In addition you will have access to call us 24/7 using our phone number.
When do I pay?
At the time of your order we will take full payment securely on our website via PayPal - no PayPal account is required.
Do you offer refunds?
Only if we have not begun to work on your order. There should be no reason following your order you will be dis-satisfied with the service or product you receive. In the unlikely event you are then we will work with you diligently until you are happy, providing you inform us within 7 days of receiving your completed order.
What is your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?
Our Resume Writers are highly capable when it comes to knowing what a great Resume should look like. It is for this reason that should you be un-happy with your Resume we will first explain why your Resume has been designed and written the way it has been. Should you remain un-happy with your Resume then we will listen to you and make the any adjustments necessary, providing you inform us within 7 days of receiving your completed order.
Do I need to see you at any point?
Not that we would love to meet you in person, but we only work over email and telephone. We will work with you remotely to achieve the result you want, via phone or email.
Can I come back to Resume Jar if I need another copy or to amend my Resume?
Yes, of course. We will keep a copy of your Resume in case you wish it to be sent electronically again or to make any adjustments. This service is free of charge for 12 months – just call or email us to request this service. Should you wish to amend your Resume outside of 12 months from receiving your order then please contact us to discuss your requirements and we will be more than happy provide a quotation and assist.
Will my Resume be successful?

What's your success rate like?
It's not logistically practical to follow up on every client, but we judge our success rate on the amount of repeat business and personal recommendations we get. Once a client has a Resume prepared they'll more often than not come back for an update once they've got a new job. So, in general, we know our clients are very happy.
How long will/should my Resume be?
It's impossible to say. One page as an obvious minimum. Two pages as an average. Three as a maximum. At least in the India. It very much depends on your particular circumstances and your consultant's professional opinion.
Can you tell me what my chances are of getting a new job?
That's very hard to say! Obviously, a professional Resume will be a great help but after that you're effectively on your own for interview, although we do offer a range of books which provide help and advice in this area.
Can you tell me what sort of salary I could/should be getting?
That's very hard to say! If you use our Resume distribution service, your Resume should reach hundreds of different employers. In due course, you should receive a number of offers, and hopefully be able to pick and choose between various options. This'll obviously increase your chances of getting the level of salary you want.
My computer crashed/I lost my Internet connection after I had completed the order form. How can I get back in and re-enter the application form?
We very occasionally find that a client will lose their Internet connection or their computer will crash, etc. before they have finished completing the application form. If this happens to you then it's not a major crisis, although you will generally lose anything you've typed in since you last hit the 'Save' button.
Once you've fixed your problem, you need simply access the link provided in the order confirmation email we sent you and finish completing the form. If you can't find this email then please contact us for further assistance.
If your computer problems persist then it might be advisable to more regularly make use of the 'Save' button, since each time you do so we will save the information you have entered. Then, if your system cuts out, at least you'll only lose a little of what you have entered.
Do you offer discounts for the unemployed?
Sorry, no. A lot of our clients are of course unemployed, but our fees are as low as we can get them.
Why are the prices different for varying levels of Resume ?
Our fees vary according to the level you've reached. Obviously, a student's Resume is very different to a chief executive's in terms of the amount of work involved.
